3C is a 2 Day Live Online Program called 3C Crystal Clear Communication, Inside the Heart of the Diamond in the Soul. 

I have developed this program to ensure participants have a blueprint for crystal clear communication. Often people are too afraid to simply communicate what they want in both personal and professional relationships. Or they make assumptions about what the other person can handle.

Either way, they do not communicate their needs and as a result there is a build up of resentment. Eventually the person asserts themselves, leaving those around them bewildered because they were never told those feelings or needs in the first place.

Unfortunately this kind of communication creates Drama Cycles even in evolved human relationships. The initial fear that prevents communication is the Victim, making assumptions about what someone else's needs are is the Rescuer and asserting after a build up of resentment is the Perpetrator. 

Instead, Crystal Clear Communication gives us a structure to simply and compassionately communicate in the first place, bringing absolute clarity to interpersonal relationships and ensuring all communication adds to the light in the world instead of more shadow.
